Tyco were looking for someone to manage their promotional merchandise needs. This included stock warehousing and fulfilment and who could create a solution that would bring their different departments and brands together.
Website: We were able to work with Tyco to understand their needs, helping them to streamline the process of ordering promotional merchandise and ensuring consistency for each business under their umbrella. With a variety of brands, we have been able to deliver a website that lets the user see and order merchandise that is relevant to them, as well as highlighting stock levels and availability. We also maintain the website with regular stock and product updates and provide usage reports as and when required.
Events: Tyco attends several tradeshows and customer events throughout the year, so our fully insured storage and fulfillment service provides a one-stop solution. When working with Tyco we ensure that all stand and promotional giveaways are delivered to the event on time, along with an itinerary of goods. We also help to pre-pack promotional items, so they are event ready. For example, it’s our job to make sure folders have the right literature included, or that USBs are fully loaded with information. We’ll also arrange collection of any goods and return to our storage, following with stock updates and usage reports.
Worldwide shipment: Being a global company, merchandise orders and events aren’t limited to the UK, so the ability to provide worldwide shipment is key, ensuring despatches and deliveries are custom ready and checked.
