The latest new hire at Pellacraft has swapped selling giant cookies for a new role selling business gifts and promotional merchandise.

Laura Richards from Mansfield has previously been a team leader in customer services for BPI and manager of a Millies Cookies shop. In her new role as an account co-ordinator she will be responsible for liaising with customers and the graphics team to project manage artwork requirements.

Commenting, Laura said, “Pellacraft feels like the perfect place – everyone is so friendly and it’s such a close knit team. I’m really looking forward to being able to work closer to home with such a great team”.

Laura has A Levels in English, Law and Photography and also holds Institute of Customer Service qualifications in customer service first impressions, effective team leadership and coaching.

In her spare time Laura enjoys visiting historical places, swimming, baking, going to the gym, gardening and walking. She lives with her partner Vicky and their two children.
